Since this paper is reflective in nature thus it provides me with the opportunity to render my thoughts and my opinion regarding how one should operate in term of any business in order to achieve success in the real world. It allows the student to come in terms with different factors which he not only needs to explore theoretically but also practically. It also enables an individual to adapt or prone him or herself o face the challenges of the world. It would not be wrong to state that business simulation program is pretty much similar to the computer simulation game where the users are able to gauge the real life experiences or how to behavior in any situation. It tends to inculcate different perspectives in the mind of the students and give them the opportunity to explore them in much more detail. It allows the students to get a good idea of how to deal with the competitive market which is beyond the walls of the premises of the respective universities. Globus business allows the students to gauge different ideas based on the merits of the market. It allows the students to craft the business strategies or shall I say that the winning strategies.
